That's good right? I think back of last year... I didn't really liked diploma meetings last year.

But I like diploma meetings this year! Haha, change of roles? Maybe.

Woohoo, It's last year march all over again. Thank god the roles are switched...

Honestly speaking, being a senior is 10x harder than being a OGL. It's really very hard to guide leaders, now I know how my seniors felt. Grumble grumble..

But I really think this batch has a lot of potential. I hope they'll be able to set aside their differences and be united, and go through all the experiences, silly things, funny things and remarkable things we've went through last year.

For Finale, I cannot express how grateful and proud I am of my team, who has put up with everything we've given them, and produced quality work and ideas, and is not afraid of criticism and rejections.

Next, I think my diploma, DBI, has been a shining light amidst the whole proposal team. I can say that, I'm very proud to be a DBI Exco because of how capable my juniors are (:

Edwin, Jia Wei, Joan, Huikhim, and everybody who is in the DBI proposal team, you guys rock (Y)

So yeah, I hope my OGLs feel encouraged, and perservere on till the end, you guys can do it! Jia You!!
